I'm Sanj, Counselling Psychologist. I take an integrative approach, valuing each client’s uniqueness and the therapeutic relationship. I help clients process emotions, resolve relational dynamics, and build resilience. My experience spans the NHS and private sector, including work with complex mental health conditions and addictions. Starting therapy can feel daunting, but taking the first step makes it easier. Together, we can explore your needs and work towards meaningful change.

I’m Chelsea, a therapist trained in CBT and EMDR, offering a safe, non-judgemental space to explore emotional struggles, unhelpful behaviours, and past trauma.
